Roosevelt School District Superintendent Dr. Quintin Boyce, Board President Michele Campuzano, and other district representatives, community leaders, students, and parents joined us at our school for the new campus groundbreaking on Friday, Sept. 16.
The new school was designed by the Orcutt Winslow Architecture Firm and is being constructed by CHASSE Building & Rytan Construction. Our state of the art campus is scheduled to open to students in 2023.
Guests in attendance were able to enjoy live mariachi music as well as pan dulce and cafecito as part of our celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month.

2023 Roosevelt School District Promotion Ceremonies
We're so excited to celebrate the 2023 promoting class! Our students worked extremely hard this year and were resilient throughout. Superintendent Dr. Dani Portillo offered congratulations to our eighth graders, while families and friends showed up to celebrate in all the ways they could.
