The George Benjamin Brooks Community School participates in a collective impact model in loose coalition with Cultivate South Phoenix (CUSP), as well as many other not-for-profit entities. Our shared mission is to promote the wellness of families and children in south Phoenix by supporting and leveraging the efforts of a broad range of organizations with a shared vision of improving the natural, built, and social environments. We do this through community engagement in leadership, advocacy, programs, services, and activities within and across all dimensions of wellness.
Alesi Group is a leader in innovative, brain-based training, coaching, and consultation designed specifically for early childhood education and child welfare professionals, and groups and organizations who provide services to young children and their families. Alesi Group offers tours of a model kindergarten classroom—an intentionally designed environment grounded in current brain research, supporting the growth and development of the whole child. Our efforts are to improve the quality of early childhood practices, creating the necessary foundations for lifelong success.
Garden Center Room
Founded by brothers Joseph Martinez and David Redwood, Arizona Microgreens produces organically-grown microgreens for restaurants and individuals throughout Arizona. Arizona Microgreens utilizes the greenhouse at the Brooks Community School in partnership with the Roosevelt Center of Sustainability.
We are a focused group of dedicated mothers of Black children who have come together to stop the blood shed in our community. We believe that all children regardless of color, origin or background have opportunities to fulfill their dreams and preservation of their lives.
Black Wall Street Arizona Inc is a nonprofit 501(c)3 Business Incubatorwhichhasbeenservingthecommunitysince2016. Our mission is to build generational platforms based on sound knowledge, accountable, actionable, and measurable principles, which result in overcoming obstacles and embracing success. We promote economic soundness and we understand the importance of business creation and it's expansion statewide. BLACK UNITED FUND
Arizona Black United Fund, Inc. is a fundraising organization designed to provide support to projects and programs that address the critical needs of Black communities throughout the state of Arizona. It is one of sixteen affiliates of the National Black
Father Matters purpose has been to promote the growth in our communities. Support is provided through the following: parenting classes, support groups, reentry services employment and training services, child support services, a family law legal program, SNAP & AHCCCS application assistance, Supervised Parenting Center, Diaper Bag program, Food Boxes and much more.
It is the mission of MAA Wellness Center to develop toolsets for the advancement of holistic awareness to enhance each individual quality of life. Services include:

MentorKids USA equips and empowers youth in under-served communities in the Phoenix area to become transformative leaders in their lives, their families and their communities, allowing those youth to reach their full potential. We offer support in academics, leadership development, spiritual development, and life skills.
In order to help kids, you also have to work with the community around them. Promise Neighborhoods bring together youth, families, mentors, volunteers, churches, local businesses and other partners in under- served communities with the purpose of creating long-term solutions to the challenges facing our youth.
The Orchard is a meeting place where organizations, schools, and families gather to learn, work, and develop relationships, all of which can empower them to tackle some of the most difficult issues facing our community: obesity, lack of civic voice, and poverty. The work of the OCLC is actualized in 3 areas, “Farm-to-Table”, “Community Conversations”, and STEA2M (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Agriculture, and Math).

Provides a pictorial memorial of Palmdale, Percy L. Julian and Okeman Park Schools. We also provide meeting places and facilitates community related activities that honor Former RSD teachers and alumni.

Tanner Chapel AME Church is the oldest African American Church in the state of Arizona(130yrs.). Itsnon-profitoutreach arm, Tanner Community Development Corporation (TCDC) founded in
2001, provides a number of social service supports to families and individuals residing in poverty areas from prenatal to high school and senior communities. TCDC assists in removing barriers to communities matching needs to services.
The Tiger Mountain Foundation reverses that problem through our community gardens and landscaping initiatives. These initiatives teach practical life skills to kids, adults and seniors, keeping them out of jail, and improving their lives and community.

Unlimited Potential is a nonprofit 501(c)3 that has been strengthening families since 1985. We envision empowered families creating healthy neighborhoods that celebrate diversity and civic participation. We offer Adult Education programs, GED and ESL, Early Childhood programs and Parent Leadership Programs.
The YMCA integrates it’s 4 Christian core values: caring, honesty, respect and responsibility into all of their programs. These programs include fitness, sports, youth activities, camps, childcare, and social services.
