Roosevelt School District 2020 Convocation

The 2020 virtual convocation was held in two parts on Monday, July 27 and Friday, July 31.

On Monday, staff gathered to hear remarks from Roosevelt School District No. 66 Superintendent, Dr. Quintin Boyce, Ed.D.; Board President Lawrence Robinson; and REA President Patrick Castro. As we embarked on a new school year, together we set out to change the lives of so many students and families in the Roosevelt School District. Although we couldn't all be together in the same auditorium this year, we remained united and brought everyone together to view this year’s Convocation presentation via video.

On Friday, we held the School and Employee Recognition Award Ceremony as well as the School Spirit Competition and Celebration. Staff gathered on Zoom in their Roosevelt spirit shirts to view what their colleagues at each of the other schools had prepared for the competition.
